Updated Bell IN Alabama

Okay, I've found more information on the Bell I seek. Billie Fay Bell was once a sales clerk in Anniston, AL in the late 1950's. She lived with a W. Owen Bell and Velma S. Bell. I have reason to believe that Owen might have been born in Illinois. Velma may be buried in Rainbow City, AL. If any of these things ring a bell, no pun intended, PLEASE help me out here.
