Found a Seaton Baltimore (1867-civil war Vet.)Possibly 1st Balimore emancipated in Washington. Any information helpful.

found several free blacks mentioned, but not baltimore. Working Virginia plantation angle now.

found minimal information on possibly a freed slave in the "city of Washington) before it was made the District of columbia(DC).
