Modesto Formilleza was born in Odiongan, in the island of Tablas, in the province of Romblon in the early 1900's. He married Amparo Gaa Fontamillas.

Diosdado Bucu Gutierrez was my paternal grandfather. He was born in Santa Monica or San Simon, Pampanga. He married Aurelia Santos Macapagal.

Amparo Gaa Fontamillas was my maternal grandmother. She was born at Looc,in the island of Tablas, in the province of Romblon, in the Philippines in the early 1900's. She married Modesto Formilleza.

Aurelia Santos Macapagal was my paternal grandmother. She was born in Santa Monica, Pampanga, sometime in the early 1900's. She married Diosdado Pangan Gutierrez, also from the same area.
