Van Der Maal Corneles

My Great Grandfather was born on the 6th May 1834 at SOUTH VIANEN HOLLAND. Ambrose the father was aged 29 and his occupation was a Bargeman.

Corneles was the Postmaster at Jerilderie and left the town about five years before Ned Kelly (Bushranger)arrived and held up the town

Also, I believe that the farm in Eumungerie was named 'ROSEDALE'

I was last at the farm in the 50's before the house was washed away by a flood and Nan and PoP moved to Dubbo
