Walker of Tasmania

I am researching information on the Walker family from TAsmania. Apparently they were related to Truginni's sister and were very religious. Please assist if you can. My grandfather was John Tasman Walker born in Tasmania to Thomas Lewis Walker and Alice Evelyn Walker nee Cooper on 16 May 1916.
