Wanting to Know More About Ellen Gamble Irish Convict

I'm a direct descendant of Ellen Gamble (b:1809)who married John Foley (b: around 1797) they were both convicts sent to australia. Ellen came aboard the hoogley and was sent to paramatta female factory, and John came aboard the Mangles 8. they married in Windsor nsw in 1833. Ellen changed her name a lot (Gamble, Hardiman, Hardy). on her death certificate, her parents are timothy hardiman and Mary Harty. i would love to know more about Ellen. anything at all.but especially a physical description. i know there would be no early photos of her but i'm wondering where i may find a painting or picture, or is it likely there isn't one? i hope someone can help me.
