She gave birth to my grandfather, Victor Ernest Joseph Wells but no record of that,so far. The father was James Mood and Victor's birth date was october 1911 ( Well, that's what he was told). He was then dumped into a catholic institution from the age of 4 onwards. Recent contact from another post, from family to James Mood, knew nothing of my grandfather. Anyway, at this stage, if I could find Lucy's death notice, that would help. Then I can start again, in researching my grandfather, Vic's, past. From what little I remember of my mum's accounts, this all took place in NSW,AUSTRALIA. Any help would be gratefully accepted.
