Westland Publicans 1920

the WEST COAST Region of New Zealand is one of the more remote and most sparsely populated areas of the country. It includes three districts: Buller, Grey and Westland. The principal towns are Westport, Greymouth and Hokitika. In the early years of settlement in Westland, gold was a major commodity, causing prospectors to flock into the area.
