What Do You Do When Someone Wants a Copy of a Birth Record OR Death Record OR Maybe Something from a Book How Do You Get It to Them

I found a will in a book at my genealogy center and would like to know if we are allowed to get them the information. If they want a copy of the will or anything or we allowed to send them the information? Nsueturney60
