well i would try the irish national archives in dublin,ministry of education,and ministry responsible for culture, you could also try the catholic church of irelands archives.since most people in ireland were illiterate at that time and england as well,it was usually the church that helped in these things,try also parish marriage and christening records.without a doubt all catholic families christened there children.all most of the records of ireland were tragically destroyed in a fire at somerset house london. try also catholic bishops archives for that area.
