Which Ann Elizabeth Holdsworth

David Holdsworth born 1811 in Selby England, migrated to Auckland 1853. He had a large family including 2 daughters called Ann Elizabeth. One born in 1839, the other 1847. There is no record of either dying in England. On board the Cornwall in 1853 there were 2 Ann Holdsworths, but no ages supplied. My question is did both of them make it to New Zealand?, which one of the married John Shaw? and what became of the other one? many thanks
