Who Are Parents of George Evan Preece
I have found death record which lists date of birth as 26th March 1913. However I can not find any birth record. I have tried to search 1921 census. There are 3 listing for George Preece with birth year 1911 or 1915 in Hereford. But cant see the record. George Evan married Winifred Elizabeth Preece in Dec 1934 in Hereford.
How can I be sure that a George Preece found in 1921 census is actually George Evan Preece.
I can find a George E Price in Mar 1913 birth records registered in Madeley. But this is in Shropshire. Could this be the George Evan Preece I am searching for. If so the maiden name of mother is also Price. So ancestors would be Price not Preece.
Can anyone help unravel my query.
