Who is the Parents of Higgs William Charles B 28 Apr 1815 Kent

The first generation HIGGS I'm directly related to arrived in Cape Town in 1837 where he remained, married twice, and died in Burgersdorp, 2 Nov 1969.

I am keen to find out if any of his siblings also came to South Africa or migrated elsewhere - who were his siblings? Who were his parents?
