His obituary included the words "Bristol newspapers please copy" - so William's childen in Sydney believed he had living relatives back in Bristol in 1861. I looked at the UK 1841 census for Family Christian names used in his Australian family. If he had living relatives in Bristol in 1861, they must appear in the 1841 census, but which of the listed, are William's family? Thanks again

Henbury in those days was outside of Bristol just.
More likely William Braggs of Skinners Street St Pauls Bristol. Boot maker Born 1815 Wife Margery 2 children
Age 36 in 1851
The Bristol Newspapers of that date are available as are the transportation Records( Ancestry)
