William Carns Born IN York CO Pennsylvania Died IN Delaware Ohio

William Carns born 1792 in York county Pennsylvania.He moved to the Belmont and Guernsey co area in Ohio when he was a young boy with his father. He lived in Knox co Ohio and lived and died in Delaware Ohio.He married Jane Harris in 1818 in Guernsey Ohio. I have hit a brick wall and cannot figure out who his parents or siblings are. Any help anyone can give me , I'd greatly appreciate it
