William Foster
I'm looking for immigration details of William Foster, born in Skipsea, Yorkshire, England 13/03/1854, and who migrated to NZ (I assume) around 1887. This assumption is because he married Catherine Ada Daley in Marewa, New Zealand on 04/02/1893. Then William died in Miramar, Wellington 0n 04/08/1925 Catherine died in 1902, and William subsequently married Kate Eliza Young on 09/05/1903. My mother was born from this association 10/10/1903. Any help you can give would be much appreciated. As a post script, I did trace a William Foster as being on board the vessel Kaikoura, which docked in Wellington on 28/02/1887, but can't confirm that this is the same person.
