William Merry 1849
Hi everyone, I am new to Family Tree circles so if I make a mistake please make allowances. Eliza Merry was my
Grandmother, born in 1884 in Wingate, Co Durham. It is her parents I am looking for. Her Father, William Merry
was born in 1849, somewhere in London, maybe Westminster, he was something to do with the railways, a platelayer I think. Her Mother, Margaret English was born in Spittal, Berwick upon Tweed, Northumberland. That is pretty much all I know about them so any information about them would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Aussie1947, thank you for the 1861 census. It is The family of the second husband of Margaret English, William Merry who I am seeking information on. He was according to the 1881 census was born in Westminster but that is all I have been abler to find out. I do not know his siblings or his parents so this is turning into a brick wall
