Winkfields of USA
I am searching for all Winkfields.I am a Winkfield on my mothers side. Her father's name was Harrington "Wolf" Winkfield.He was said to be the son of a George Winkfield and that is as far back as I know, which is why I am doing research.Harrington was married to Ocie Pearl Collier. Both resided and raised their children in West Point, Georgia. They had six children together Robert, Lamurel,Theresa,Juanita,Charmel and Micheal.I was sent the picture below by another Winkfield that I connected with a while back.They believe that the man and woman to the far right, holding a baby is Preston and Anna Winkfield, which I believe may have been my grandfather's uncle.

Sorry, I'm not related to you, but as I was doing my own family research on familysearch.org, I looked up the last name Winkfield in the state of Georgia and came across a few...It looks like there are lot of Winkfields in the other states of the U.S as well. I don't know if they are related to you, hopefully. Try familysearch.org if you haven't done so.

I am trying to find the relatives of Vivian Winkfield. She was born in the State of Wasington around 1905. She lived in Southern California. She had a son named LeRoy George Mendez. I believe she married a man with the last name of Logan.
