I am looking for the names of the parents of my biological great grandfather, Bernard Allen Street.

Bernard Allen Street Sr born on Jan 11 1925 he currently resides in Germantown, TN I don’t know much about him because he walked out on my great grandmother when she was pregnant with my grandmother. I’m pretty sure he lived in Arkansas at some point. I just want to know more about my biological great grandfathers family history. If you can help that would be highly appreciated. Thank you. He was married to a Georgia Darlene Fox in 1943 and most likely married my great grandmother, Vera Wilson (now Holland) during the late 40s or early 50s. He is the father of Sherry Lynn Street now (Bell). She was born in 1953. Vera was born in 1926. I hope this is enough info for you to search for any info. Again, thank you.

Bernard Allen Streat (note spelling) marrying Georgina Darlene Fox on 29 March 1943. Bernard recorded as 18 years and Georgina 16 years. Not sure on American laws etc but because of their ages was permission needed? The record displays Mrs Lula Sparks Streat as providing an affidavit for their marriage. It records Lula Sparks Streat as being from County of Shelby, Tennessee.
Checking these names against 1940 Census provides the following result:
William J Streat age 50 born in Indiana 1890
Lula M Streat age 36 born in Arkansas 1904
Burnard A Streat age 15 born Arkansas 1925
Ollie M Streat age 9 born Arkansas 1931
There is a Mary A Sparks age 74 born Missouri 1866 living at same address. Recorded as Mother in law.
