I am trying to Trace ancesters of George KEW my maternal grandfather. he was married to Priscilla who may have been a HILL. in the 1881 census he was listed as living on the Bridgewater Road , Bedminster down,Bristol.
William and Mary (no pun intended on the Royal connection)were
married on 22 Nov 1852. One of their sons was my grandfather William
John Clements born 11 Sept 1860 and married Alice POOK
W.J. as he was known to us, had two sisters who emigrated to Brisbane Australia,one of whom was Margaret (Maggie) Ann CLEMENTs. Last heard of in the late 1930's.

My Grandfather,William John Clements had two sisters who emigrated to Australia in the late 1800's to early 1900's. Names were Maggie and Annie. they were last heard of in the 1930's in Queensland.we Think one of their menfolk worked on the rai;lway as they lived in a home alongside the railway line.
