Randall Pendley Litten born about 1813 in Wiltshire England came to New Zealand in Feb 1874 with his second wife Evelyn ( ? Emlyn ) & 3 daughters. He is recorded as a missionary/school master & it must have been a huge decision to come to NZ aged 60 years. It appears his daughters died prematurely & Randall died in 1897. I would like to know more about his life in New Zealand, where they lived & worked & if any offspring from the children of his second marriage.

Randall’s eldest daughter from his first marriage was Caroline Sarah ( her mother was Randall’s first wife Caroline Bowness ) She was born in Wiltshire in 1835 & married my great great grandfather Capt Henry Dunsford in Geelong Victoria around 1854.
I would like to know when & how she left England & what took her to settle in Geelong. She died in Canterbury New Zealand in 1890.

Thomas Cornwallis Lamb came to Nelson/Marlborough region of New Zealand with his wife Mary & possibly 2 small children in early 1860’s.

He taught at schools in Wairau Valley & also worked as farm labourer

I have been searching for date of arrival in New Zealand, possibly via Australia & name of ship
