Thomas F Williams was born in Pontypridd, Glamorgan Wales on June 6, 1831. He was married to Isabella Howe. He immigrated to California sometime between 1851 and 1870. By 1880 he was settled in Tillamook, Oregon. I am trying to get more information about what year he actually immigrated to the USA and moved from California to Oregon. In addition, I am trying to find out the names of his parents. Any assistance would be appreciated.
