Looking for ancestors or descendants of Patrick and Mary Cassidy. The arrived in New York from Liverpool on 20 May 1841. Listed Ireland as birthplace for both of them. Their daughter, Ellen Cassidy Stephens,b. ABT 1835, is my 2nd great grandmother. She was married to Josephus Stephens and they had two sons, Samuel b 1859 (my great grandfather, and Joseph b. 1861; and one daughter, Sarah b 1856.

Several of the Cassidy family died in Cincinnati and are buried at St Joseph Catholic Cemetary:
