I am looking to find out details of when and how Edward Hebden Brodribb migrated to Australia. He was born/baptised 13 January 1832 St Marks Kensington London
His parents were Edward Brodribb and Frances Hebden.
He married Elizabeth Cox (Woollard) in 1860 in Ararat he died 11 January 1884 and is buried in the Ararat Cemetery.
He is my Great Great Grandfather and as far as I know is the first of the Brodribb's in our family line to come to Australia from England.
I know he wasn't listed on the census for 1851 with the rest of his family
I am trying to find details of my Great Grandmother, her name is Sarah Ann Derrick, she was born in Jan 1862, Weston, Bath, Somerset. I do not have a date of death for her. She married Walter (?)Bath.
I am looking for information on William McKay who was born in or around 1836 in Paisley Glasgow, Scotland. He was married on 24 September 1859 in Beechworth Victoria Australia to Martha Holloway. His parents were John McKay and Jane (Jeanie Cruth). I am particularly interested in finding out when he immigrated to Australia and anything I can about his parents. I believe his father John McKay was an Engineer (information in William McKay's death certificate). Thank you
