Searching for my ggrandmother Phoebe Ann Golden b 12 June, 1859 and died 3 Aug, 1925. Married to William D Burton b 1855 d 1899. Both buried in Richardson Hill Cemetery, Dahlgren, IL. Many have her parents listed as John Golden and Zerilda Payne.
I don't think they are Phoebe's (wife of William)parents. Their daughter Phoebe Ann Golden was born 18 August, 1858 in Missouri and died in 1911. She married Charles Richter, in December 1880, Knox MO.; he died 1890 Adair, MO. Missouri Marriage records 1805-2002 p. 202. They had 1 child C. Golden Richter born June 1885. In the 1900 census Missouri Phoebe Richter is listed as a widow in Kirksville, Adair, MO.
The Phoebe Ann Golden I am searching parents for died in 1925, buried in Richardson Hill Cemetery Memorial #35623575. 1870 Census Shelton Hamilton Co., IL - Dwelling 262,she is listed as b. in IL and her parents as born in IN. 1880 census, Shelton, Hamilton Co., IL Dwelling 262 and 1900 census she is widowed and living with her is Sarah Burton, her mother-in-law (William's mother) and in 1910 census Phoebe is living with her daughter Sally Cook Burton and son-in-law Fred Cook.
