I look Young Henry was born in 1811 in Bexhill

Hello,
This is a bottle in the sea , because our English Aieul really are a mystery to us
I am French and I have not mastered the English language.
I use Google- tradutor to write my message
My first request
I would like the birth of my great- grandfather Henry YOUNG born in Bexhill on 12/04/1811 ( may be listed in the parish records of the existing churches in Bexhill at the time.
Henry married to my great grandmother in Ostend on 12.04.1839 , he was the son of Leonard YOUNG ( birth and death unknown ) and Ann Browne ( born about 1793 in Maidstone , KENT - . We could not back his parents and is died in Ostend in Belgium)
Leonard YOUNG married Ann Browne in January 1810 in Maidstone.
the transmission familale said Leonard YOUNG Enlisted in the British Army in the troops of the Duke of Welligton , had participated in the Battle of Waterloo and his family would have immigrated to Belgium and would have returned to britain without ever giving news
2nd request : is it britain of emigration archives or military archives that allow myself to trace him because he has been maintained can in his military career
We put all our hopes on this message to enable us to go back as far as the thread of our English ancestry and certainly on the side of Irish BROWNE
thank you and may soon be
