My family lived in Scotland with relations in Newry, Ireland named Mcateer and Cahill. I reside in New Zealand in the Wairarapa and know very little of my geneology. My mother was Mary Brady nee Connolly not sure if that spelling is correct. Both my parents were born in 1924 and I had one sister Mary, my name is Ann. I am especially interested to learn if any of my geneology travelled to New Zealand and settled here. Any information will be appreciated thanks.
