Saviel Family in India and Burma.

I have been resarching my family history and would like to know if anyonr know of the SAVIEL family in India and Burma.

The Saviel family has been in India for many years and they originated from Europe.

The early records for Saviel is that of Thomas Savil who was buried in Bombay India in 1756.

My family came from George Thomas Saviel who was born in India in 1827. He married Sophia Mary Morley in Calcutta, India in 1853.
He later went to Burma and married Rose Hnin Si in Thonze, Burma in 1873.
They had 3 childern ; named Lilly Savielborn in 1874 Burma, Edwin David Saviel b. in 1876 Burma and Annie Saviel born in Burma in 1878.

Family trees of The SAVIEL Family.

Each family tree shows the reported childern, parents, grandparents and great-grandparents of a family group. In order to reduce redundancy, any family group which is wholly included within another family tree may not be reported separately.

Above each of the great-grandparent Boxes ( Top row) , a continuation family tree reference number is shown if the great-grandparent is recorded as a child in continuation tree. A continuation reference number is also shown to the left of a grandparent or parent box if that individual has siblings reported in the continuation tree; and beneath a child box ( bottom row) if that individual has childern reported in the continuation tree.

In cases of multiple marriages, a continuation reference number preceded by "=" is shown to the right of parent box. This number reference the previous and /or next tree in which that individual is shown with another partner.

In cases of adopted ( orfostered ) childern, the parental connection is shown with a dashed line and a continuation reference number preceded by "=" is shown within the individual's box. This number references the tree in which that individual is shown with his or her natural parents.
