My name is Louise Dunlop, I am the great, great grand daughter of William Stewart Dunlop and Kate Scanlan of Faleula Apia Samoa. My great grandfather is James Dunlop who married Elizabeth Collins, the brother of Maki and Mele Dunlop. My grandfather is William Louis Dunlop and was known by his matai name (Sila) in Faleula, he married Katarina Upu and her maiden name is uncertain if it is Faaulu or Faasulu. My dad is Michael Faaulu (Sila) dunlop, my dad took on the chief title from grandpa, my mother is Etevise Faala Atimalala from Malie.

we migrated to New Zealand in 1972 and have been here since, my grandfather passed away in 1971 Faleula, Samoa, and my father in 1997 Auckland NZ. there is 5 of us in this order eldest to youngest.... Christina Hooks, Louise Dunlop, William Henry Dunlop, Michael Dunlop and Francis Dunlop.

William Stewart Dunlop and wife Kate nee Scanlan travelled to Tonga, Kate remarried and it is not known what happened to William S Dunlop.
Kate's final resting place is Tonga and that is about all I know of my great, great grandmother.
