Grand daughter for James F. McGee.

I am the grand daughter for James F. McGee and Doris M. Martin. If anyone has any information on this line I know alittle back on it but just hoping there is more out there.

How do I find the line of McGee's and Blanton's I come from?

I know I come from more than these 4 names. But I'm grand daughter of Jame F. McGee and Doris M.Martin they have 8 children my mom is one. And grand daughter of Henry E. Blanton and Mary J.Lockyer they had 5 children. I know the most about my mom's side of the family, ironically its the surname I have that I know the least about, mostly I believe because my grand father Henry E. Blanton was in the air force and they moved around a lot but I believe his family orginated in SC, he's buried in New York I believe.

Looking for any information on BLANTON in South Carolina, Georgia or Florida area.

I am the grand daughter of Henry Elijah BLANTON and Mary Jesse LOCKYER and the great grand daughter of James Henry BLANTON and Elizabeth Jane (I don't know her maiden name and hope those names are correct)I don't know very much about the BLANTON side of my family which is odd since it is my last name. My grandfather Henry Elijah BLANTON was in the Air Force and traveled a lot I can only assume that my BLANTON side of my family is from South Carolina/Georgia area since I don't there is family is that area cousins and such. My grandfather died before I was born and I never got to ask my grandma about that side of the family. If anyone has any information I'd really love to hear from you.
