My dad sent me a photo with no name on it all it has is ‘photograph restored by Douglas ’ he is now deceased does anybody know where I would go about finding the records of his respiration’s or getting the name of the person in the photo I know it’s a long shot

Looking for the parents of these two, husband and wife.
I believe the parents are from England and possibly never came to Nz, however their children did. Mary-Ann sometimes goes by Annie or Ann and her maiden name is Richards. Help please I am stuck. FYI don’t need info on the couple just where they come from.
