Charles must have been born out of wedlock. His mother was Mary Foreman whose husband John died in 1834.
She married an Isaac Brown and they both died in the Westbury Workhouse around 1855. Charles is in the 1851 census but nothing after that. I have explored all Charles Foreman's marriages death etc and none of them fit.I have several dud certificates. I am assuming Charles died between 1851 & 1861.I would really like to lay Charles to rest. Any help appreciated.
