The journey begins with Nathan and Micah Buckingham heading west with their son Nathan Jr. and his wife Mary Ann Buckingham. Little did they know what an impact they would have from all the families that would be created by the love of these marriages and their journey west. This is a story of how over 200 years later I have found these people and have become not only thankful and interested in there lives but now love them and the generations of people connected to this story. One of the most interesting things about this search was the unknown. I did not know of them or of the land they came from or where their travels would take them. The journey ends with me in Minnesota in 2011, but does it really? Who's to say that another 200 years from now some distance relative becomes curious of his past and begins the journey again.
