George F. HOOPER emigrated from England to the Boston area of Massachusetts, USA, as a young man. He was born in Exeter,Devon, England, in 1848. The ship's passenger manifest shows him with his parents James HOOPER, born in Plymouth, Devon, England, and Frances TRUMP, also born in Plymouth, Devon, England. In looking at old census records, I calculate that James was born in 1815 and Frances in 1811. I do not know who were the parents of James but would love to find out. Frances' father lived with them in England, so I have his name but not her mother's. Any help available out there?
