I have no experience as a researcher and am new to this. I was born Heather Cullen April 23, 1967. I know that my birth parents were together in NYC from August of 1966 up to and including my birth. I know that they wanted to keep me but were unable to do so due to financial issues. I was adopted into a loving family, had a good childhood, and am close to my adopted father, adopted mother whom I was also close to, is now deceased. I have gathered some information and I am almost certain that it was my birth father who was the Cullen. Below is what I know. Does anyone have any suggestions for me or does any of this sound familiar to anyone? I would like to fill in the gaps in my identity, would be hopeful to speak with them, and would love to know if there are siblings. Thank you for any help you can give me!
