I trying to see how far back I can go I am Thomas w. Allen Jr. born 4-7-54, my father is Thomas w. Allen born 1932, in Aliquippa Pa. . His Father was William (Buck) Allen also from Aliqippa (at one time an airforce fighter pilot). He was married to Eleanor Raffle (my grand mother) then later about 1953 remarried to Jean. His father was William S. Allen worked in a tin factory originally from Virginia. Was Married to Elsie Scnelling from Germany. The Story I have next is William S. Allens father was a blacksmith for the confederacy during the civil war. Oh ya William S.Allen had another son David and a daughter Edith. Thats where I am now could use some help can't pick out what family crest is mine English, Irish, or Scottish till I can go alittle futher. My father told his great grand father the blacksmith was so big his wife had to sew two shirts together to make one that would fit and he was so strong he could hold his anvil straight out in front of him with his arms extended. Any help is appreciated.
