Hi, im trying to track down the birth family of ADAM DOUGLAS, my Great,great grandfather. Its possible he was from fife, and may have been a ships captian??(that could alo be a obscure family roumour) he was married to ANNIE ELIZABETH THOMPSON in new Zealand (possibly in hokitika)in 1879.
