Andrew Allison Almy was born in New Orleans, LA, about 1849. His parents were from France, their names are unknown. In the 1880 census, Andrew is in Christian County, KY, with a wife and three children. Andrew married Mary Christina Tresch on 14 Oct. 1875. They eventually had six children: Charles, Mary Elizabeth, George Hart, Andrew Allison Jr., Willie, and John Frank.
Andrew left Christian County around 1900, without his family, and settled in Henderson, KY for a time. He died around 1915, in a river town in either Illinois or Indiana.

I am trying to locate where he died, and is buried.
