Looking for Farrells and Daltons of Australia
Looking for descendants of John Dalton who married Mary Ann Farrell in Tasmania in 1849. They moved to Bendigo
Victoria in the early 1850s. John died sometime in the mid 1860s and Mary Ann remarried a Francesco Morandi.
Their daughter Mary Ann married a Mortimer Quin who died and she remarried an Alfred Kingsley who was the father of my mother Gladys.

William Middlemiss married Marjory White (Whyte) 1801 at Duns, Scotland.
Their children: William, James, Isabella and a possible Joseph.
The family moved to Perthshire where the children married and in 1852 William (son) moved to Australia with his wife Isbella Dow and children, John D, William D, Marjory, Janet and Montague.
They settled in Maldon during the goldrush years.
I am descended from John D and Elizabeth Bassett and their son James Reginald Middlemiss and his son Blair Athol, my dad.
