As this is an unusual name anything at all would be helpfull.we are only aware of my husbands father and his two brothers and their families all of queensland.the three brothers names are John, D'Arcy and Dudley.Any thing at all would be great.

"Deaths: SIMPSON--On the 9th January, at 5 Bruce Castle-road, Tottenham, England, Ernest Hannam, the youngest son of Garrat Ellaby and Emily Vatas SIMPSON, aged 19 months."

(Based on the above general information on the double-barrelled VATAS-SIMPSON surname, I would checkout rootschat.com to see if they could find perhaps any family members on Census' for England prior to this 1891 death, e.g. 1881, 1871, 1861, 1851 and finally 1841 Census. It's a free lookups site.
