Paul Sutton b. abt. 1850 - Tennessee

Looking for more information on my great-great grandfather, Paul Sutton. It was told to me that he was "mostly Cheyenne Indian" - if you have any information on him, please let me know. He was married to Amanda (Wark or Work or Warrick - unsure of spelling) and their daughter Julia Sutton is my great-grandmother, who married William Ellison. Thanks for your help.

Mary WORLEY married Moses WEBB - Kentucky

Mary Worley married Moses Webb on Sep 22, 1807, in Woodford County, Kentucky. They are my Great-Great-Great-Great-grandparents.

According to the records and research I have, Mary was born May 25, 1759, in Pennsylvania. Moses was born May 1, 1775, in Pennsylvania. This makes Mary 16 years older than Moses.

The confusion lies in whether this Mary is the correct Mary or not. My information shows Caleb and Rebecca Allen Worley as her parents.

According to the 1850 Census - Mary is 64 years old born in Virginia and Moses is 74 years old born in Pennsylvania.

Moses and Mary had two daughters. Martha Ann born 1810 and Rebecca born 1819 (my great-great-great grandmother).

The information that Mary Worley married Moses Webb on 22 Sep 1807 in Woodford County, Kentucky is correct.

BUT - who is her parents?

If anyone has any information, please help! Thank you!

Looking for Elizabeth (Lizzie) ANDERSON married Jesse R. MARKWELL

Jesse R. Markwell (b. 1843 - d. 1919) married Elizabeth (Lizzie) Anderson (b. abt. 1840 - d. 1925) about 1867. They lived in Hillsboro and Flemingsburg, Fleming County, Kentucky. They are my great-great grandparents. I cannot find much information on Lizzie other than she was a school teacher.

Jesse and Lizzie had five children. My great-grandfather, Charles M., Russel H., Frank, Marietta, and Herschel L. Markwell.

Also, I am not completely sure if Anderson is her maiden name or a married name, because acording to the "History of the Town of Hillsboro & Its Inhabitants," published in the Fleming Gazette on June 25, 1953, it states ...Mrs. Lizzie ANDERSON, who later married a Mr. MARKWELL... Perhaps the Mrs. is a typo.

In looking at the 1860 Census - I wonder if could this be my Lizzie Anderson. The date of birth is correct. Plus, it makes me think it is because she had a daughter she named Marietta (perhaps named after her sister).

Another conflict I have is her place of birth. If the above Lizzie is mine, she was born in Kentucky. However, the 1920 Census states Louisiana. Another typo?
