She was born about 1822 in Connecticut and married William Moss on 3 Oct 1847 in Waterbury, Connecticut, according to the Barbour Collection, Waterbury Vital Records. These records say she was from Norwich, Connecticut. They were shown in Waterbury on the 1850 census and living with them was an Oscor Walden, 4 years younger than Marietta, and probably her brother. I have not been able to get any further info on him either. This has been a 30 year journey so any help would be greatly appreciated.
