Father Bryan Michael Naughton arrived on the Clyde 1833 with his family wife Catherine Daughters Catherine Maria, Margaret, and son Edward 7 months. Bernard was born in 1836 a brother Michael then a sister Winifred have no more information about Bryan & Catherine
would like to know if they stayed in Australia or moved back to Ireland.
Bryan was a hatter.

Bernard Michael married Louisa Prothero nee Smith in 1868 in Mudgee
moved to Gulgong and had a wheelwright shop also a hotel called The Centennial. his son Bernard John run the hotel and another son Lewis Charles had the Shoe Palace.

Bernard Michael died in 1912
Louisa died 1915 both burried in Gulgong.
