I am beginning to think my grandfather Lindloff was married twice. His wife Mary (Grandmother,) was 16 yrs. younger than Wm. He had 4 children from his 1st wife (I think.) They lived in Wisconsin 1878? to 1895/7. Then moved to Minnesota where he was a farmer. There are many Lindloff's and I do think we are all related in some way. My Grandparents were from Germany. When in MINNESOTA they were in the Saratoga, Winona area. Grandmother (Mary) died March 19, 1945 in Michigan. Grandfather (William,) died March 30, 1913. He is buried at Hillside Cemetery, St. Charles, Winona Co., MN

I am at a lost right now! I am looking for Grandfather's 1st wife and their sons. Fred F Lindloff, William (Willie,) and their daughter, Bertie (Bertha?) I lost track of Fred in South Dakota. I can't find anything about marriages, children...etc.

Can anyone out there give a hand??
