Am trying to discover where my great great grandfather came from. His death certificate mentions he was born in Inverness, Invernessshire, Scotland in about 1833. His death certificate records his name as James Henry Angus Morrison Sidney Burns - but he was known as John. He was a sailor and must have come to New Zealand around 1860 and he married a Sarah Jane Hockey in 1863 - a bit of an enigma - any help would be gratefully received!
