reelkiwi on 2012-09-04 15:09:52Thank you so much, John and Martha were my grandparents, I am the daughter of Mavis, we believe Mavis was really the neice of Martha. Mavis was born April 17,1919. Married James Eadie 1935 or 1936 August 12th We are not 100% sure about adoption.
Kate was my Aunt she never married. I remember my Mum receiving a letter and she
mentioned it was news that her real father passed away, early 1970's.
Your information has given me a side to my Grandfather, and my Nana's maiden name.
We never knew or were too young to remember.We have now two more families to find on my Mum's side.
