Have you looked on familysearch.org
I know there are Pennsylvania records on this site.
I have Hoover's that came through Pennsylvania. There are so many Hoovers.
My Hoover's came to Markahm, Stouffville, Uxbridge, Ontario, Canada.
They were Mennonite.
