your great, great, grandmother, Marion Christie died during, or because of, complications at the birth of baby Mary in 1902. They are buried together in the same coffin Plot 20, at Old Gorge Cemetery, Woodville next to her 2 month old child Walter Travers
Her husband, your great, great, grandfather, Michael Travers remarried 3 years later to Margaret Hood Kennedy, (nee Heyward 1868-1942), of Christchurch. He is buried in Plot 8 at Old Gorge cemetery. Margaret is buried at Te Awamutu as Kennedy
