looking for any information of the Hollandsworth in Floyd Co. VA

I am researching my great grandfather H.C. Hollandsworth and Cordelia
Nester Hollandworth. They were living in Floyd and Montgomery county area in the mid 1800's. He committed sucide and I am trying to find
out where he is buried at. His parents were John and Eleanor Hollandsworth of Floyd County in the Indian Valley section of VA.
I would greatly appreciate any information that anyone has that I can follow up on.

allycat on 2008-02-05 21:31:29I had a look at RootsWeb for you and there seems to be two family trees hosted online that have John Floyd HOLLANDSWORTH born abt 1829 Carroll Co, Virginia and wife Eleanor MONTGOMERY born 1837 Virginia USA.
If you have not used this site before, scroll down to Family Trees (WorldConnect) and click on Search Family Trees. You will be taken to a search box, just type in HOLLANDSWORTH John, spouse name Eleanor.
Also it can't hurt to goto RootsChat register as a new user, free site, then goto their Emigrants to United States board.
