Looking for WASHABAUGH in California

Query by thebabblr

I am beginning the research of my family tree. I have small bits of information that I rec'd from family members.

The WASHABAUGH's lived in Monticello, California. Now located under Lake Berryessa. There were 12 children. Ten boys and 2 girls. The girls names were Ethel and Mabel. Mabel was born in 1900.

The BROWN's? I was not able to obtain any information from my family on The BROWN's. I am starting my research with Bill David BROWN (we don't think it was William). He was born in 1910 and grew up in Virginia or West Virginia.

Dear Member,

Genealogy of John C. Conrad - RootsWeb World Connect Project ... this site I think has your Ethel in it. No parents names though, but spouse and living children. Perhaps submitter knows more.

and FamilySearch lists a few WASHABAUGH family members born at Monticello, Napa, California. Have a look.

Have you thought about visiting your local LDS family history centre to access more info?

Good luck,
Alison
